RME Flow™

RME Flow Beta Terms

Version 2026-10-13-beta-v1 · Effective October 13, 2026

These terms govern the invitation-only RME Flow beta provided by Rosa M. Espinal, LLC (“RME,” “we,” “us”). By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to these terms. The RME Flow Privacy Notice describes how we handle information.

1. Your beta offer

An invitation provides one private solo workspace with Professional features: Relationships, Projects, Ideas, Actions, calendar, action templates, and printable reports. The beta is free for seven calendar months beginning when you accept your invitation and create your account. An invitation is personal to its named email address, expires seven days after issuance, and can be used once. Team accounts are available only by inquiry and are not part of this offer.

We do not request a payment card for this beta, and it will not automatically convert into a paid plan. Any future paid offer will require a separate choice and disclosure of its price and terms. Beta feedback is welcome but is not a condition of access.

2. When beta access ends

At the end of the seven-month period, editing stops. For the next 60 days, you may sign in, view your workspace, and download a JSON export of your records. After that period, workspace access locks. We will send account notices when reasonably possible; the dates shown in the application control the access window. Contact support@rosaespinal.com if you need help with access or export.

Locked access is separate from deletion. Workspace records are scheduled for deletion from the active database within 30 days after a further 90-day post-lock retention period, unless you request deletion sooner or we must retain information for a legal, security, or dispute reason. See the Privacy Notice for backup handling and verified requests. Do not rely on RME Flow as your sole copy of important information; export before the 60-day viewing window closes.

3. Your workspace and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the information you enter. You give RME the limited permission needed to store, display, secure, back up, and support that information to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter third-party contact information and notes, keeping your credentials private, and activity under your account.

Do not enter payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive regulated information. Do not use the service to break the law, violate others’ rights, distribute malware, or access another person’s account. RME Flow is a productivity tool; it does not provide legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

4. Beta availability and changes

This is a developing service. Features may change and errors or interruptions may occur. We may suspend access to protect accounts or the service, respond to misuse, or comply with law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes or an early beta closure and provide an opportunity to export when feasible. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

5. Contact and updates

For product support, account closure, export, or a privacy request, email support@rosaespinal.com. You may also write to Rosa M. Espinal, LLC, 1317 Edgewater Dr #7865, Orlando, FL 32804. Florida law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If we materially change these terms, we will provide notice and seek a new agreement when required; a new version does not silently replace the version you accepted.
